It was great spending time together at the retreat — I had an amazing time and hope everyone else did as well.

To sum up my feelings and our path forward: we are in the business of helping small businesses. That mission — to provide the perfect small warehouse space across the country — is what drives everything we do.

I’m deeply grateful for each of you and for the dedication, creativity, and effort you bring every day to making this vision a reality.

Let’s finish the year strong — and hopefully with even more good news to share along the way.

Samantha Schlosser, Operations

There are some people who make an impact without ever needing to be the loudest in the room, and Sam is one of them. She leads with calm confidence, balancing high standards with empathy and a deep sense of accountability. She’s the kind of leader who builds trust first, knowing that’s where real results come from.

Sam joined WareSpace during an exciting stage of growth, drawn in by the momentum of building something new and meaningful — and, admittedly, because she could bring her dog, Red, to work. What started as a leap of faith quickly turned into a career she’s proud of. “Joseph and Levi sold me on this crazy idea from the start,” Sam shared. “I took a chance that I’ve never once regretted.”

In her role, Sam thrives on ownership and autonomy — building structure, improving processes, and finding smarter ways to scale. She loves knowing that what she does every day directly supports expansion and operational excellence across WareSpace. Her motivation comes from progress: celebrating wins, learning from challenges, and keeping sight of the bigger picture we’re all building together.

Outside of work, Sam is all heart and hands-on energy — whether she’s chasing after her toddler, exploring the farmers market, or taking on her latest home project “just because.” She jokes that people are often more shocked by her decision to ditch the microwave than by any spreadsheet she’s ever shared.

Her favorite piece of advice sums her up perfectly: “Life’s like a box of chocolates — you never know what you’re gonna get.” For Sam, that means staying adaptable, optimistic, and ready for whatever comes next — one project, one laugh, and one chocolate at a time.

Each November, we celebrate Native American Heritage Month. It’s a time to honor the rich histories, diverse cultures, and invaluable contributions of Native peoples across the United States. This month invites us to recognize the deep connections Native American communities maintain with the land, traditions, and stories that have shaped our nation for generations.

At WareSpace, we’re proud to celebrate the strength, resilience, and innovation of Native peoples. Their influence is woven into every part of our shared story, from art and language to science, leadership, and community values.

This month, we encourage everyone to take time to learn more about the tribes and Native communities in your area, explore Native authors, artists, and businesses, and reflect on the enduring legacy of the first peoples of this land. Small acts of learning and appreciation can help build a deeper understanding of the cultures and histories that continue to enrich our communities today.

At WareSpace, we are proud to recognize and celebrate the veterans within our own organization and throughout our communities. Their leadership, discipline, and sense of teamwork continue to inspire us every day. Whether they served at home or abroad, during times of conflict or peace, their contributions have helped shape the world we live in today.

As we reflect on the sacrifices veterans and their families have made, let us also remember that gratitude is best expressed through action. We encourage everyone to take a moment to thank a veteran, listen to their stories, or support a local veterans’ organization.

We’re closing out the year with great momentum and several exciting developments on the acquisitions front.

We’re on track to close on two new assets in December — one located in Santa Ana (Orange County) and another in Norcross (Atlanta). These additions will further strengthen our presence in two key markets and reflect the team’s continued focus on identifying high-quality opportunities.

In addition, we’re actively negotiating letters of intent for new acquisitions in Seattle, Northern New Jersey, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. While these are still in the early stages, they represent promising steps in expanding our footprint across major U.S. markets.
