Letter from the COO

613,275.

That’s the number of businesses across the country that need a small warehouse space - and who would benefit from exactly what we offer. It’s not just a statistic. It’s a reminder of why we exist.

Right now, we have 11 WareSpace locations open and leasing, and another 9 in pre-construction. With roughly 1,000 mini-warehouse units active today, we’ve only just scratched the surface of how many people we can help. There are still over 612,000 businesses out there that need what we provide. That’s more than 6,000 more WareSpace locations left to build.

Every unit we deliver is more than a space, it’s a launchpad for someone’s dream. A product line getting off the ground. A local service business scaling to the next level. A side hustle becoming a full-time livelihood. We’re here to unlock that potential so everyday people can scale, thrive and move the world forward...

As we continue to grow, it’s easy to get caught up in the metrics and milestones (and there are a lot of them for our team to be collectively proud of)... But it’s worth pausing to remember: behind every building, behind every lease, is a business owner trying to make something happen.

That’s why we’re here.

Let’s keep building for them.

Employee Spotlight

Krista Williams (Houston, Texas)

I have always looked up to my father. He has been a steadfast source of support and guidance throughout my life, serving not only as a role model but also as one of my closest confidants. His influence has played a significant role in shaping the person I am today.

My journey to WareSpace began through a connection with a recruiter, and I am genuinely grateful for the opportunity. Transitioning into a role that differs from my previous experience has been both refreshing and rewarding. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my work is engaging with small business owners and witnessing their growth. It is a privilege to contribute, even in a small way, to their success stories.

A little-known fact about me is that I was a dedicated athlete during junior high and high school. I was a district champion in track and served as the point guard on my basketball team—despite being the second tallest player. That chapter of my life instilled in me valuable lessons about discipline, focus, and the importance of teamwork.

What continually motivates me in my role is the entrepreneurial spirit of the tenants I work with. Their passion and determination are truly inspiring. Above all, my greatest source of motivation is my family. They are the reason I strive to bring my best to everything I do. The most impactful advice I’ve ever received is to view failure as an opportunity for growth. Each setback is a stepping stone toward progress, learning, and resilience.
